Dell Studio 17 just shuts down! Need help!

I noticed that the temp for reached maximum 80 in normal use and the laptop just shuts down! have attached the screenshots from HW monitor.

I opened the laptop removed the dust still the same! i noticed that the thermal paste on proc was quite less!!! one more thing the fan that is near the proc heatsink is throwing air downwards instead of the back vent... i remember that hot air used 2 come out the back vent but now it dosent!

Is the issue with the fan? Can it be a RAM issue? will buying a laptop cooler help?

Clean off the thermal paste using isopropyl alcohol (chemist) apply new.

where will i get the thermal paste in delhi? any preferred brand? i think there maybe issue with the fan too...

anyone has an idea what sud be the normal temp?
