[Query] Dell Mouse RMA

Hi,
Pls help me!
I bought a Dell MS11 Mouse from snapdeal few months back.
But,its left click not working anymore
Pls tell me the procedure of RMA.
Do I need invoice to claim warranty ?
Where is service center located in Kolkata ?
Snapdeal did not send me invoice and I had mailed snapdeal about that too.
But,they did nothing.
Anything can be done ?
If not I have to buy a new mouse then.

i have found dell service centers.Locate your location from this list and call them

Dell Carry-In Service Centers

i think the product serial number has also warranty details.there are some stickers under the products with serial numbers

But,the problem is will I get any warranty for a product which manufactured 2 years before ?
Cos there is no proof like invoice.
Bur,serial No mention behind the mouse and also on the box.
