Dell inspiron Switchable graphics driver issue

Right off the assembly line
I am using a dell inspiron 3521 with an on board intel HD 4000 and AMD radion 7670 and WINDOWS 8. when i try to install AMD catalyst center in the middle of INSTALLATION (AMD driver) ,windows restarts after a BSOD .After restarting windows shows a VEDIO_TDR_FAILURE.

look first download AMD CCC from AMD website, not from Dell website or download this modded drivers for AMD mobile GPU.
