Default Mouse keyboard help!!!

Okay. I'm in a fix.
I want to buy a mouse and keyboard for around 6k totally.
I've seen the Razer DeathAdder and Razer Arctosa till now, both of which cost around 5400.
Then, I came across this Saitek Cyborg R.A.T 3 which is around 3k.. Is it good?
And what is "DPI" mean? What difference does it make?
Razer DeathAdder has 3500 dpi.
And does the Arctosa have good anti-ghosting?

Budget: 6000
Mouse: DeathAdder/ RAT3
Keyboard: Arctosa

ANY SUGGESTIONS CAN BE VERY USEFUL TO ME.
Also, can someone tell me the real price of RAT3, I might have been misinformed.

get MS SideWinder X6 @ ~3.5k and Logitech G500 @ 3.7k - this may be a little over your budget but worth the extra you pay for it.

well to be fair i don't know about saitek cause i never used their product ...
but for razer i'm using deathAdder 3500dpi mouse ( dpi is dots per inch )
and its pretty great to use and works on almost all surfaces without any problem and response is great...
and as for keyboard i'm using lycosa which is also great and feels good while using (love the backlit)...
so i can say razer products are good...

@ OP - if you want to you can also have a look at Corsair Vengeance M60 to save some bucks - it's available at 3k.
