Customising XP

Hey buddies
can anyone tell me how to customize XP and change the whole looks , and make a bootable CD of it. Like Black XP or Leopard OSX XP.

Don't double post.
Also install vista transformation pack or fedora transformation pack to change your xp look.

just use vista black theme for XP..made by vishal gupta.

u ppl misunderstood me, i want to customise XP when it is installing itself(OS installation) Ex-Crystal XP!
