1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

30% Video/Audio Editing (handbrake, ffmpeg, xilisoft)
20% office work (virtual machines,linux,development)

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:
Windows 7.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:None. Already have 320 GB hdd.

Ans: Have done before.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I live in Pune. I will buy from wherever possible but authentic and low cost.

I want the following configuration:
cabinet
8 gb ram 1600 MHz
i3/i5 processor(maybe/maybe not)
PSU
500GB/1TB hdd, if budget permits.
futureproof motherboard

[MENTION=157501]Kartik.Sharma1607[/MENTION], whenever you are posting a build with those prices make sure you do mention VAT concerns. Its very misleading with such prices. I5-4440 is not available for 11290 in almost any shop in N.P.
The cheapest deal I cracked was 12,100 bucks recently.

Otherwise , add ~14% vat on the items and then post. It will be quite helpful to buyer.

Also, the 2nd motherboard quoted above, does it have PCiE 3.0 version? on its website, its not mentioned..
