ctrl + alt + del help

i am unable to bring up windows task manager by perssing ctrl+alt+del. can some one plese explain why?

so far i have tried 4 p2p sowftwares:
Ares: didnt have a large user base
kaaza: SPYWARE SPYWARE and more SPYWARE.
emule: crashed
limewire: installed crapware

ne one can suggest better options?

Few mins ago a thread was locked cos of ignorance on the user for not searching if this was posted.

Now you bring it up again without even searching ...
