u can try any audio editor and change the pitch of the voice......experiment with it and u can make any type of voice.

I saw it a year back cant remember it.Try using Audio Mixer.

In PC you can use AV Voice Changer to convert your voice to male-female and vice versa..live.
You can use that for voice chat or in recording etc.
If there is some way to direct the sound inut via a PC to ur phone it will be possible
