Crackling noise from Klipsch subwoofer

Judgement Time!!
Hi Guys, I own a Klipsch Pro media 2.1 speakers for the past 3 years. It has lately started giving me problems. The subwoofer at higher volumes has started giving a crackling noise and it is noticeable at higher volumes although the speakers are fine. Would it be possible to repair these speakers. Is it possible to just repair the subwoofers. Could you please assist.

I was face same issue with my woofer but I tried everything to open it and failed. Yes I can't open it even after 3 hours so I look at volume button and find that it was happened due to volume scroll.

Check your volume scroll, try to rub it up/down and it will create lot of crackling noise but after few minute it will fix however do this at your own risk or buy new volume button.

I have checked the connections and the volume button. It doesn't seem to have solved the problem. Problem seems to be very specific to subwoofer, Especially noticeable during bassy songs. Are you talking specifically of Klipsch speakers?
