i am buying a cpu for my brothers computer i have followinf two in which one to go for :
Core i5 2310
Ga H61m-d2
Hd6770
Or
Phenom x4 965 be
Ga-ma74gmt-s2
Hd 6770
Purpose:
Programming
Video editing
Surfing
Playing any game in descent resolution
Please select from above two build
No other suggetion because i have alresdy brought the gpu thnx in advance

What PSu you have and how much you can extend your budget ??

The P2 965BE based rig makes more sense for your purposes but do get a better quality mobo for this and take a look at 955BE to save some money for a better mobo based on 880G chipset
