Cpu Monitor - Bug or not

Recently I installed CPU Monitor in my Nokia 5700XM & my friend's N73 ME.

N73 has a 220MHz processor, it was recognized as 206 MHz by CPU Monitor which is correct.

But I don't understand why CPU monitor shows that my 5700 has a 192 MHz processor. In reality it has a 369 MHz proccy.

Is this any software bug??
Or something else??

Even X-plore shows it as 192 MHz. But in reality numbers hardly matters. As long as the device is fast, I don't care if it is 10 MHz.
