tl;dr - > Need to replace my i5 PC.

Code:
1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Games and stuff

Mainly, Heavy Browsing ( 30-40 tabs ), share trading websites and apps.

Occasional gaming, GTA V, FIFA ( till 2021 preferably ) ~ GPU is 750ti for now but assume the build will be for a 1060ti

Watching videos.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 40K, can extend a little

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:Never

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 10 64 Bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: I have a 1 TB Blue.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Dell S2216H

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:
-> GPU - Zotac  750ti 2GB DDR5
-> SMPS - Antec 650VP
-> Cabiner Corsair Air 240
-> Dell S2216 H ( might be upgrading to a 27" )
Hard disk, Monitor, Keyboard and mouse.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Within Diwali, any tip on dip in prices during this period ?

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Me

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Chandni Chowk, Kolkata ( MD, or wherever the quote the lowest price )
Currently have this in mind.

AMD Ryzen 5 1400 1600 - 16500,
Asus Prime A320-Plus Asus Prime B350 Plus -8000 ,
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 16 GB 3000 Mhz -10500

Please suggest advantages of 1500 and 1600 over 1400. And motherboard A320 vs A350.

Won't overclock, ever, so no overclock processors/motherboards.

RAM I can get another 8GB module later if I need.

Will add more requirement, conditions later if needed.

Since I will probably be using this PC for 7+ years, I decided to get the 1600 ( not the 1600X because I won't overclock ) and also a single 16 GB module so that I can upgrade to 32 GB or even more later.

Wishlist as of 2017-10-14

AMD RYZEN 5 SERIES HEXA CORE PROCESSOR 1600 - WITH WRAITH SPIRE COOLING SOLUTION (AM4 SOCKET, 19MB CACHE, UP TO 3.6 GHz)

ASUS MOTHERBOARD ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING (AMD SOCKET AM4/RYZEN SERIES CPU/MAX 64GB DDR4-3200MHZ MEMORY)

CORSAIR DESKTOP RAM VENGEANCE SERIES - 32GB (16GBx2) DDR4 DRAM 2666MHz WHITE LED (CMU32GX4M2A2666C16)

Regarding ram see this:
Urgent:New Office Workstation for Architectural Big rendering

If you want ability for future upgrades then B350 is better option but if you are sure about not wanting extra ports/slots/usb3gen2 in future then get A320.

P.S.There is no A350 mobo,only B350.

Another late edit, waswaiting for the i5 8th gen but will stick to Ryzen considering prices, but i still have to wait for the purchase for personal issues.

Came across this motherboard which I think would be a good addition to my Air 240 cabinet,

ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING | Motherboards | ASUS India

This along with the Ryzen 5 1600 Wraithe Spire Cooler with LED RGB Ring.

And consdering LED RAM as well but they're really overpriced at this moment, was thinking of going for 16 GBx 2 but now might have to settle for 8 GB x2.

CORSAIR DESKTOP RAM VENGEANCE SERIES - 32GB (16GBx2) DDR4 DRAM 2666MHz WHITE LED (CMU32GX4M2A2666C16)

Any thoughts ?
