CPU Cooler Needed

Hello Guys,
I have a Core i5 2400, MSI R6850 Cyclone, and CM Elite 430 as the cabinet. The processor/Motherboard does not have overclocking ability. Currently when ever I am gaming the temperature of the processor reaches 55-60 Degs and at rarely the GPU reaches 70 Deg.

I am currently looking for a aftermarket CPU Cooler which is silent and will keep the processor temperature at around 45 Deg's and also be quite. My budget is 2K.

I cant do much with the GFX card but can add couple of more CM 120mm fans.

I just want to get the cabinet heat a little lower.

Also please let me know about Liquid cooling solutions available.

At that range CM Hyper Plus is the best you can get. I would suggest you spend some more cash and get the Zalman 9900 MAX @3.281k, it beats the NH-D14 Premium.

The Temp you are getting are Fine. So if Sound is only issue then go with the CM TX3. You wont be able to OC anyway so no need for Water cooling or higher end Coolers.
