I have a 2500k and its getting really heated up on load ( 72 - 80 c)
So I am planning to buy nh-u12p se2
my bidget is 4k max

Please provide your suggestion
Thanks in advance

If you want to go into liquid cooling, then you can get Corsair CH60 at 4300 or CH40 at 3200. But if you want to be into air cooling, then Cooler Master Hyper 412 Slim is best value at 3000.

Back to school!!
Noctua U12P is unrivaled in terms of cooling and noise, but unfortunately no longer sold in India, you can go for cooler master or deepcool assassin.

The Incinerator

Human Spambot
Corsair A70 for Rs 3500 . Its one of the very best. Just change the fan in to a PWM one to avoid the noise issue, cause they keep running at full speed irrespective.Or you can attach the existing stock A70 fans to a fan controller.

if you have extra cabinet fans and your airflow is properly arranged, then go for a cooler with a big heatsink.

Yup. I have CM 690 II Advanced with two top 140 mm fans(exhaust), one rear 120 mm fan(exhaust) and one fron 120 mm fan(intake). Also I do wire management. So I think airflow is not an issue.

Pain to Install
Noisy
Not VFM,there are plenty other below that price including Hyper 212 EVO who does better than the V6 in aspects Keeping Cost to Cooling in mind.

Ya. It seems that way from the reviews as well. Just went through some reviews.
I have A70 in my mind. But I like to have some alternate suggestion as well.

thats good just a small change, if you can accommodate an additional fan in the front (intake), it will be good and mount only 1 140mm at the top and put the other one at the back add an intake on the side. then just get the one with a big heatsink. the airflow will manage the rest.

can i use ether to to remove old thermal paste?

use a standard cloth. although ether should not damage the surface, but id still suggest wipe with a cloth and then wash it under water if you feel the need. The best would be alcohol i think?? (diluted) thats what they use as an industrial cleaner.
