Corsair 400w or 450w?

I am going to buy a PC for gaming in the following config:
AMD Phenom II X4 945
ASUS M4A87TD|USB3
Corsair 4GB RAM
WD 500GB HDD
Sapphire HD 5750 1GB
CM elite 310

I also have my old DVD Writer.
I want to know whether the Corsair 400W PSU can handle this and which UPS should I buy? I would also like to see other configurations offering similar performance around the budget 27k-28k(maximum) without including keyboard,moniter and mouse.
