intel sells core i7 pcs starting from 48k but do any one has bought it ? i mean how is it?

my another query is that the retailer says that they will assemble in their shop so will it be ok ? is there any utility available that will check if the rig is GENUINE or not ( mean i7 processor and ram ) according to the r/q of intel ...

the dell studio xps DESKTOP ( with core i7 ) is another choice starting from 79k but has full hd 24'' monitor and xps premier service...

suggest me digit!

budget should be under 80k-85k

waiting for answer ...

well i would suggest you go and buy all the parts yourself.. that way you know what you are getting is the real deal..
then you can either assemble it yourself, or you can have some1 assemble it for you..
and 80-85k is a very good budget.. you should easily get a good config..

the thing about branded pcs is that they will turn out to be much more expensive that they would be if u have the pc assembled.

Get the parts from a trusted vendor and check the warranty and ensure all the parts are box packed

Don't worry you will get everything genuine if u buy from a reputed shop

Intel OCer
^they will obviously be orriginal if you buy it from reputed dealers or online shops...Just ask for bill on purchase.

for 85k Its better to build a PC yourself...I would suggest:

1.core i7 920--14k
2.gigabyte GA-Ex58-UD5 (extreme not available in india)--18k
3.corsair 3gb ddr3 1333--7k
4.Ati HD4850 crossfire--17k
5.Atleast 500GB HDD--3k
6.Tagan BZ800--8k
7.dell 22" monitor--15k
8.Loigtech MX518---1.3k
9.Dvd burner--2k

total: 85.3k

Admit it either a noob OR a crorepati will buy 80k xps desktop(waste of money :p)...

""intel sells core i7 pcs starting from 48k "" --- who told you that intel sells pcs???

Intel sells only processor/motherboard...

If you assemble ur PC by yourself with the correct parts then it will be much better then dell xps any day..in a assembled PC every component can be selected from the best available in the market with 3-5 years of warrenty..even in a dell pc main components(proccy, mobo, ram, hdd) will be of other companies..

Now for a reference you can assemble a pc like this in 80k

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Ex58-UD5

Processor: Intel 1.core i7 920--14k

Memory: DDR3 gskill or crosair whichever you can find cheaper, 4gb or 6 gb - 6-10k

Video: eVGA GeForce GTX 295 2GB 31k / or GTX 285 ~ 22k

Audio: Asus Xonar 4.5k

Storage: Western Digital 10EACS 1TB 5.4k

Cabinet: Antec 1200 /Cooler Master HAF

Power Supply: CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 8.5k

Optical Drive: L.G. GH22NS30 SATA/Samsung SH-S22F SATA 1.1k

Speakers: Your choice

Display: Dell 22" 2209 WA - 20k (full HD, excellent review)

Input: Logitech Logitech G15 Version 2 Keyboard and Razer DeathAdder

Mouse Pad: Razer Goliathus Large

Just check the specifications and compatibility
