You are all good then just make sure your cabinet has enough housing space for the cpu cooler.

I don't think so. Spec 01's CPU clearance is 150mm. Hyper 212X is 158 mm tall - talking about based on the specs but real life scenario may differ as I don't own a spec 01.

Compare to hyper 212x the hyper 103 fits in case no idea about 212x its big cooler I think.
