Convertor needed

Hi i bought a MSI R5670 1GB GDDR5.
I have an AOC e 943fwsk which has a 15pin D-sub conector.

Now the GPu has HDMI, DVI-I, DP and i need to connect it to the monitor.
Where can i find a convertor online???
