Conputer turns off abruptdly on stress

I am experiencing a very frustrating issue :

My configuration is :
Motherboard : ASUS M4A87TD\USB3
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 (3.2Ghz)
Graphics card : Nvidia GeForce 9500GT
RAM: 2X 2GB transcend 1333Mhz
PSU: 450 Watt
Hard Disk : 2X seagate barracuda SATA 2.0 @ 7200RPM
Note: Everything is stock and i have not done any mods and overclocking

My PC is about 2 years old..My mother board had a problem and ASUS replaced it with a new one about a week back...
Before replacing the motherboard everything was fine but now when there little stress like even photoshop or even if i open many windows and installing a game in the background the PC turns off without any error or warning...
I am sure its not an overheating issue since the temperatures are within 55C (like always)
I have also tried formatting and reinstalling windows 7..My drivers are up-to-date and i have installed all updates and SP1 ...
I have also tried removing the 1st RAM and used the PC on the other and then put the 2nd RAM removing the 1st one..but the same problem remains the same....but on one of them survives for a little more time than the other.
I have used a new PSU so i m sure its not a power issue.

All these problems have started only after replacing the mobo
So is the mobo again n do i have take it to the service center again or could the problem be with the RAM also?

Thanks in advance :)

It's a cooler master ..
Bt it's a new one just 2 days old and works on my friend's computer perfectly and the same one used to work properly with my older mobo(same model)..I brought a new similar PSU when I got the new replacement mobo jus to be on the safer side...

I am not sure..but try this...

1 Aspect:

After using ur computer for a while/when restarts due to stress...try this

- After reset go to CMOS Setup...chk the Temperature...chk what is that..

2nd Aspect:

- As you have said you have been replaced with new mother board....(hope u r using the old previous processor and ram etc.,)...

In the market you will find silicon gel as syringe....Rs.10/20
Open your FAN on processor put that silicon gel between processor & fan....

Hope above both may solve the issue....

It's been only 6 days since ASUS replaced my old motherboard...so its new.. and i dont think my luck is so bad that even the replacement mobo I got is faulty too :p
My last option would be rma it again :(
Here is what happened just now...
I was using the computer on 1 ram stick only(2gb).. It was on for 8 hours without any problem since I was running only chrome n iTunes... But once I stressed it a little by opening cod black ops II it turnd off abruptly as soon I clicked the icon...(note:this game used to run for hours without a hitch on the same config on my old mobo)..On one 2gb ram stick its only able to survive this much... Later I removed the existing ram stick n put the other one which I had removed earlier... N on this ram stick alone it's not even able to play a song in background while I am browsing..both the rams are same brand same model as I have mentioned in the first post..so I guess it's the faulty ram because both the sticks individually are giving different results..since it is transcend replacing both the RAMs will not cost me anything if that is going to solve the problem ..
What do u think ppl? :)

It's 65C..this was always the normal temperature from 2 years :)
I don't think it's a overheating problem
Anyways thanks for the concern mate :)

I've faced similar issue - fixed it by over volting the ram modules a little.
