Connecting to Internet by BSNL GPRS on W810i

I have a BSNL post-paid connection in Uttaranchal and my cell phone is Sony Ericsson W810i. I want to use the gprs connection to access the net on my laptop. Can anybody please provide me with the settings to use on my Laptop and the SE PC Suite and a step by step guide to connect to the internet. I have already activated the 199/- plan on my connection.
