connecting moto razr v3 to a pc

guys,how do i connect a moto razr to a pc and transfer songs an picturesto it.windows xp is recognising it as a modem and my phone is charging when connecter to a pc.what software do i need to use to transfer files??

install the drivers u got in its cd.. Btw isnt it getting recognised as a removable disk drive?

its a 4 year old phone and i have got no cd.it is not getting detected as a removable drive but as a modem.
