Connect two wireless routers with each other wirelessly

I have a Belkin N150+ wireless router and a Netgear DGND3700 router cum modem. My Netgear is connected to the internet and my NAS drive, laptop, phones are also connected to the Netgear network.

I have a PC kept in another room which uses a wireless USB adaptor, which is no good when it comes to range.

So since I have Belkin router lying idle and it will definitely have better range than the USB adaptor, I am thinking of connecting my PC to Belkin router (either through LAN or wireless) and the Belkin router can pick up internet signals from Netgear. At the same time I want my PC to access the NAS drive and the Netgear network.
I am confused with what my requirement can be classified as - bridge, access point, extension or something else.

How should I go about setting up my Belkin router to connect to Netgear and access the Netgear network.
