I am using DLink nano wifi adapter on my PC to connect to my Netgear DGND3700 modem + router. However, the wifi adapter can only get 2 bars (out of 5) and the connection keeps dropping. Also I am unable to watch movies on my NAS drive with Dlink.
There is no problem with Netgear router since my macbook shows 5 out of 5 bars in the same place and I can easily watch movies stored on my NAS drive.
Since I have a spare Belkin wireless router, I was hoping to get better connectivity for my PC using Belkin. I want to connect my PC to the Belkin router using LAN port of router and connect Netgear and Belkin wirelessly. How can I achieve this?
I have read about access points, range extenders, repeaters, DD-WRT, etc. but its quite confusing for me. Can anyone suggest easy steps to connect my Netgear and Belkin router wirelessly?
