confusion between brand and spec

I want to buy a tablet and my budget is around 15k. Due to lack of options i was looking to buy samsung galaxy tab 2 p3100 but recently two newly launched product caught my attention namely Huawei media pad 7 lite and i berry auxus core x2 3g. I would like to know what you would like to suggest if i have around 15k bucks to spare for a calling tablet? Iberry is offering quite a good feature but i am quite worried about the quality of product as micromax ,zync,spice they give irressistable features but they all face quality issues after a certain time. Can i rely on Huawei and I-berry ? please help me decide.

the huawei one has just a single core proc... not gud enough.
And the first ever review i check to see wht it is says,
Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite Review: You Can Use It As A Hammer, Because It Isn't Good For Much Else

Iberry looks good specs wise, cant comment as have not seen in real time.
Galaxy tab 2 is good, as I own one.
