Confused...Samsung Note 1 or optimus vu

I need a phablet with an active digitizer

was planning to buy Galaxy note one. But now LG optimus Vu is also in the same price bracket (26k)

So I need your opinion and reviews of both the phones

I am not going for note 2 as its >30k

Not interested in cheap phablets like micromax/spice etc as they do not have that 's-pen'

Note 1 looks better, and has spen support.. Optimus on the other hand is just too chubby :/ and no spen (just some regular stylus)

I dont think so, it is not a pressure sensitive touch screen.. altho i might be wrong there

VU is cr@p, you gen get Xperia SL, Note 1 and LG Optimus 4X HD for about 25-28k, now note 1 is the best among these three but a bit hard to carry around, if that doesn't bug you get note 1 eyes closed.
