Confused between WP8 or android 4.x.which to buy..?

Please help me out in deciding a phone near 15k with good processor..
but m not able to decide which to go for WP or android..
and I was thinking to go for samsing s duos///is it good choice..or
shd i wait for couple of months to better phones like HTC desire x or HTC 8s or sumthing new?
please help me out!!!!

first to clear yor doubts,it is near imposiible to get wp8 devices at under 20k.the lumia 920,ativ s,8x should be price at atleast 27k if not more.
so the obvious choice now is android.
the s duos is not a bad phone at all but do you need dual sim??
there are many equally capable if not better phones at the price.
