Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V
Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo L
Sony Xperia Neo U


or is there any mobile competing with these three

If u are not after screen size then I suggest go for xperia u but it does not have sd card otherwise neo l is an awesome phone.

Go for Xperia U... Except for the memory its very good IMHO

neo l is just the replacement for neo v.uses nearly same specs and hardware only minor differences.
xperia u is based on newer novathor platform with dual core processor,only downside no external card slot but it is bang for the bucks,
if you defenitly require card slot you can look at xperia sola .
apart from sony just have a look at htc one v as well.
