Confused about RAM modules supported by ASRock MoBo

Hi Digitians,

I intend to use the following MoBo with the RAM (link follows the MoBo link) for a new rig I am about to build based on i5 6500
Asrock B150M Pro4S 64GB DDR4 Intel Motherboard
RAM (G.Skill Ripjaws):
G.Skill Ripjaws Series 16GB (16GB x1) DDR4 2400Mhz Desktop RAM (F4-2400C15S-16GVR) - RAM Smc Internationa

And here is the Memory Support List from ASRock website :
ASRock > B150M Pro4

Now the RAM(model F4-2400C15S-16GVR) I have selected is not listed in the memory support list.
My question is : will the above RAM module work with the mentioned MoBo? Or do I have to strictly buy the RAM models mentioned in the Memory Support list?

I understand the module I have selected has 2400MHz whereas the Board can support max 2133MHz. In that case my above listed RAM module will run at 2133MHz instead of 2400MHz, isn't it?

Also what if I buy the following RAM :
Buy Online | G.Skill Gaming Series Aegis F4-2133C15S-16GIS 16GB DDR4 RAM Memory | Price in Indi

Moreover why are the prices different for the below 2 8GB RAM modules? (1st 1 is 3k and the 2nd 1 is 4.9k)

Buy Online | Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 2400 mhz Memory CMK8GX4M1A2400C16R | Price in Indi

Do the latency timings demand such a huge price difference?

Thanks in advance to all those who reply.

It should be compatible with the motherboard. I guess the list contains the ones they have tested, they may not able to/or bother to test each and every module available in the market.

Yes.

It will also work.

It seems so...

Thanks dude for the reply. I guess I will go with that Motherboard and RAM. Hopefully it works :p fingers-crossed. Today bought the Cabinet and SMPS. Cooler Master K380 and Corsair CX550M. I thought CX500M was modular but it turned out to be Semi-modular. The ATX power connector is connected to the PSU. I thought it wont be.
