Computer to run a software

I am in need of computer just to run a retail point of sale software...Need to know whether I can go for new computer or used ones *second hand purchase

The configuration is
Pentium IV with minimum 512 MB RAM, 20 GB Hard Disk
SVGA Monitor

If you live in B'lore I mite be able to help you out...Theres a factory I know which takes massive amounts of Used hardware from offices and stuff and The manager sells me some rigs dirt cheap...recently I helped a friend get:

1.core2duo E6600
2.Intel 945g board with onboard graphics
3.1gb RAM
4.A decent k/b and optical mouse and a good case with a PSU enoigh to run everything
5.19" crt monitor
6.160gb HDD (ide)

All for only 11k
