Computer Forced Shutdown during gaming.

I have started getting problems of my Computer getting shutdown of force restart as if someone just pulled out the plug.
Since my PSU burned two weeks ago, I had it repaired. But now the computer works fine for hours until you just start playing games. I think the problem is with the GPU. I'm not Sure. What should I do? Buy a new PSU? or look at the GPU?
My RIG:
Processor- AMD FX 6100 3.3GHz 6 core
RAM- 12GB (2x2+8x1) Kingston
GPU- Nvidia(Zotac) GeForce GTX 650 TI Boost 2GB
MB- Gigabyte GA-880M
HDD- 250GB
and PSU 400W (VIP GOLD)
as I say the computer works fine for hours until I start playing GAMES.

The GAMES I PLAY(Currently)
CREW BETA, FIFA 15 Demo, METRO LL, NFS RIVALS etc.

Replace the PSU. It appears that as soon as GFX Card starts drawing more load (Due to Games) the PSU is not able to fulfill the demand.
