what gets my attention is how cheap it is. It costs only Rs. 111 , including shipping!

If you don't know how to troubleshoot/powercycle your hardware it will aid to make a conclusion. Not really needed, but if you're someone who puts a lot of systems together and you don't mind having one around? Yeah you can.

I don't know what you mean under your note. All you need to know the DEBUG LED codes which you find them easily via google.
