Cold Start

My PC refuses to start normally. After i press start button, it wheezes then stops then again tries to start and like that for 10 to 5 try, then only PC starts. What can be the problem?

disassemble everything [ including cpu from motherboard ], clean the dust and try running the pc using a different PSU without any any UPS.

no help..... did disassembled but still same problem

did you check with an another PSU ?

Maybe there is problem with your PSU.

well the fault was with the RAM.Replaced it now its ok.
