So, the conclusion is-> if you can, get air cans, if you cannot, use brush + blower strokes combination.

But is OP want to spend money on it, then..

Garden variety blowers have too much power and no nozzle, so hard to direct the airflow in the nooks and crannys, also the high speed could damage fans as well, not recommended.

Guys I would also need something to clean my cabinet regularly. Any suggestions on what kind of things I need to buy apart from the paint brush. The lesser price the better. Eureka Forbes looks little out of my budget.

A paint brush is enough.
