Chronicles of riddick cannot change resolution

I just installed the chornicles of riddick escape frm buthcers bay ystrday and in the options menu i cant seem to get to a higher resolution then 848??? i mean wats up with tht... the game looks like crap on tht resolution....... is there some file or something to be changed to get to a higher resolution???.... or is there something wrong with the dvd i installed it frm???
