There are few websites like yahoo and flipkart which open like this when I try to open them in chromeplus and chrome.

I tried opening the pages via google search result but with same result. When I open them in Opera or IE they are displayed normally. Only chromeplus and chrome is having this problem.
Any Solution????

I have installed AdBlockPlus(beta), Mail Checker Plus Classic, Lazarus, Neat Bookmarks, Session manager and webpage screenshot.

Resistance is Futile.
try disabling Session manager? (Even better try in Incognito mode). I've ABP, Lazarus & it's pretty fine here. What version/channel you on?

I disabled every extension and even tried in Incognito mode. Problem is still there.

Version is Chrome 17 and ChromePlus(or CoolNovo) 2.0.1.

As tempted I am to say, "use Firefox" of Opera, I don't think that would be the solution to your problem.
So first update Chrome to latest one, Ver: 19.0.1049.3 Beta (Download Google Chrome 19.0.1049.3 Beta - FileHippo.com) and then post.

I'd run into the same problem - but it was fixed long ago. Issue 46858 - chromium - Opening twitter.com either crashes Chrome, displays unrendered gibberish binary data or offers to download a file - An open-source browser project to help move the web forward. - Google Project Hosting

Was a problem with flash. I suggest you file a bug in Chrome's bug tracker. Enable sync & then remove the user data so that you can restore your bookmarks, passwords & extensions.

File the bug here: Issues - chromium - An open-source browser project to help move the web forward. - Google Project Hosting

I will not abandon ChromePlus or google chrome even if it displays few pages like this....;-) I downloaded the above said version wasting my 30 min(yes, my internet connection is pathetic) but still problem persists. Any solutions now???

I tried to update the flash player but it says that you have the latest version installed. How did you fixed the problem??

I waited for Chrome to update. Chrome bundles with it's own latest version of flash player. As I said, file a bug.

(and I don't see why you're using ChromePlus)

ChromPlus has got gestures, you can google search by dragging any word or text, open links in new tabs by dragging the links(specifically this is the reason. I did not find it any other browser).
But it does not matters here. Google Chrome is have the same problem.
And I have reported the bug.

I used to use Chromium then Chrome, in the days when I used the Google's browser.

But, @utkarsh73: even if you "wasted" 30 min in d/wing chrome, at least now you have the "latest" version installed, and you are now sure it's the chrome issue (not the version).

So I can only advice to try Chromium/Opera/FF or wait for Chrome to fix the issue.

You can do all that in Chrome :|
you can't do a thing which I mentioned above in chrome(except for gestures).

Yeah, I must not called it wasted. At least now I know that I cannot do much about it. Meanwhile I m using Opera.

Did you try it out :| Highlight a word & drag it to the top.

(BTW: ChromePlus is same as Chromium + extensions preinstalled, if you haven't figured it out :| )

By dragging I didn't meant dragging to the address bar. Just drag it anywhere....:)
And dragging anything all the way to the address bar is a pain on the touchpad of a laptop(or rather increases the effort)......:-(. I find it easier to drag it anywhere.
