In regedit, goto:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager

And in right-side pane, change the value of BootExecute to autocheck autochk * :)

by carrying out the registry editing, the e:\ was excluded from the scan.(and only e: was mentioned after autochk*/ with some value of system mechanic 6.0 too(i hv that installed)
but the f: and s: still got scanned and neither were they mentioned after autochk*/
now the my value for BootExecute is the same as u hv mentioned(autocheck autochk *)

now what shud i do????

Give following commands in Command Prompt:

chkdsk f: /r
chkdsk s: /r

Now restart the system and let the scandisk check both drives. After that ur problem should be solved! I'm sure, It all is happening bcoz of the Dirty Bit!
