Cheapest AMD config under 10K for downld rig ?

hi i m planning build a simple download rig .. preferably AMD...

My max budget for cpu,ram,mobo is 10K also if i buy AM3 socket mobo will it support AM3+ Cpus ???

Need a config advise ...

no. its the other way round. AM3+ socket supports AM3 processor.
