Cheap reliable Hosting / Free Hosting

Hey!

I am looking for free/cheap reliable hosting. I had been using 000webhost but the damned site now gives their ad on every page that's really nagging
Would prefer some decent free hosting if not then paid hosting

Also if there's any Indian hosting which is cheap and good suggest that as I don't have a credit card and neither a Paypal account just a debit card and international transactions are difficult for me
