Cheap and best Netbook for home use.

I have confused a lot beetween buying netbook vs tablets,
but finally i make up my mind for purchasing NETBOOK,

so I want to purchase a cheap and best netbook.
I just need it for home use only for watching movie and net surfing and playing mild games.

1) What is your budget?
~15k

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
• Netbook; 11" - 10” screen or less



3) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
a. Like: brand which satisfy my needs.
b. Dislike: not perticular


4) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
watching movie, net surfing, playing mild games, listening music.

5) What screen resolution(s) & type (glossy/matte) would you prefer?
not perticular ( matte is best)

6) Anything else you would like to say?
concern is only budget.

whatever your use is, increase your budget to 20k to get an entry level netbook. avoid all the atom inside junk.

if you could increase your budget to 22k, you would get a very decent laptop, better than netbooks.

Sarvesh, you have to tell us whether you want only a Netbook for its portability or it's just that your budget restraints you from buying a Notebook. These are two different things.
