Cheap and best LCD TV ??

I need suggestion for cheap and best LCD TV ? Size 19" ..Please advice..Thanks

Also laptop screen have a big drawback...If 2-3 ppl watch movie ..images seem blackish from one side ...if ur sitting left or right to it..Does LCD 19" have same problem ?

lcd tv or moniter ? u can try the viewsonic lcd 19' moniter (the non widescreen one) ... very good viewing angle ..... different ppl can watch from different angles and it still will look the same ... no idea bout 19' lcd tvs
