Challenges faced by .Net Programmers While Migrating to C++..

Guys,

One of my friends needs to work on c++ project in his company. But he has not worked on c++ before apart from few small projects during his college days.

What are the difficulties he might face while migrating himself from .net to c++?

Pls advice asap. It's really urgent.

C++ or VC++?
Amit I have to say if he is going for MFC then there is a lot of learning to do.. and unlearning too..

I had used MFC as a part of a .NET project .. but it was one of the most difficult but satisfying project.. I also learn that .NET is nothing in front of VC++ .. but as its too its complicated nature its a letdown for lota newbies

yeah MS VC++ is kinda hard.
.NET is easier, simply drag and drop
