cd rw and dvd rw both not working at the same time

hi
my sys is
p4 1.7 ,256 rd ram, intel 850 mv mtherbrd,ati radeon 9200se 128mb,
samsung cd rw, lg dvd rw,winxp sp1


now my problem is that i m unable to run both the cd rw as well as the dvd rw
the jumber settings for samsung cd rw is set on secondary master
and the jumber settings for lg dvd rw is set on primary slave
the bios is detecting both of them but in windows only the samsung cd rw is shown
both r working fine when connecting alone
now will u please tell me what should i do
and and what jumber settings should i try

try making one sec Master and second Sec Slave.. just guessing..

Set DVD Rw as a Master and CD Rw as a slave. Try updating drivers and firmware.
