i downloaded this game dragon ball z millenium and ran it up in Dosbox.But it says it can't change the video mode.

I remember fixing it long ago when I tried that game!
I think all I had to do was to open some MUGEN.CFG file in Notepad, and it'd have some settings for height and width under Video section of its text. I changed it to some small res like 320(w) and 240(h). That fixed it for me.
