Can't open www.heavengames.com

Hi guys.
I'm being faced with a very irritating problem.
I use Mozilla Firefox 2.0 & IE7 to browse the web.
I have a MTNL Triband 256 kbps broadband connection in Delhi.
The problem is, I can't open www.heavengames.com site.
I can't even ping the site. It says "Request Timed Out".
I even tried using it's IP address 66.98.178.8 but of no use.
When I "tracert" it, the following is shown:

I have checked the hosts file & it doesn't contain any entry for it for the site.
I have latest versions of Ad-Aware Personal 1.06, Spybot S&D, Spyware Doctor, Pc-cillin 2006, Zonealarm Pro installed on my computer. I have checked their settings and none of them is blocking the site.
Kindly help.

Opens fine in my BSNL DataOne account...

anyway... some time when site changes a DNS records... our ISPs are slow to update it in to their cache... better you wait 12h more...

Well, the problem is, the site never opens. I have tried before too.
Anyway, I tried removing their DNS addresses and of no use.
Instead, the condition worsened & other sites stopped opening.
So, I guess it's not a problem with their DNS address(s).
Any other solution please.

have checked it at any of ur Friends house, that whether its opens there in MTNL Connection or not??

also check whether any fire wall in ur system or IE security policy is preventing the site to get open...

and you may try the openDNS solution too by not using MTNL DNS but rather using openDNS addresses...

I have already tried the openDNS solution. I even sent them a mail after being unsuccessful but even they weren't able to help me.
The site opens everywhere else.
I don't know anyone else with a MTNL broadband so hard to know whether the site opens in their PC or not.
Haven't applied any local security policy on my PC. Even tried turning off the firewall but of no use.

Ok... Lets wait and i will confirm with my frnds over in Mumbay with MTNL about this to see whether it opens with them or not...

Dont u have CyberCafes around with MTNL Connection... u can visit any of those in ur Locality to check too....

I don't think that any Cyber Cafe here in my locality or any other place will use a MTNL broadband cos the signals comes through telephone line and if the phone goes dead, then, well they'll have to shut off the cyber cafe till the line is restored. And I don't think any cyber cafe owner would like to take that chance.

I think I'll ask them what's the problem.
Maybe they have blocked my entire IP address range due to abuse or some other reasons.

anyway if u feel that ur IP range is blocked... u may try using a proxy address to see whether u can access the site or not...

Here's the update.
The site is now opening. They must definitely have blocked the IP range.
