cannot visit some website

hi i have ie7 and firefox

also adware installed

but i cannot visit some sites like google,cricinfo

but can some sites like yahoo,orkut

i can log into messenger too

how that si possible

i have run anitivirus and found not prob

can be some firewall problem..or virus problem.
From when you are facing such problem??Have you installed any new software??

i am usingg vista ultimate but had same prob with xp too

i have not install any new software only adware se and spybot
