cannot open my drives getting error

im not able to open my system drives im getting error and inside every drive there is a shortcut of tat same drive =...the error is as a3g3.bat-application error the exception privileged instruction(0x0000096) occured in the application at location 0x1001431f..............pls help in this

it's a virus or a spyware.
Try to scan ur PC with a good antivirus & antispyware.
