Can we use VB and Access for multiple usr application

Plz help me out!!
I want to design a small software for my friends firm (consisting of 6 people max).
Can i use VB 6.0 and MS Access to develop an application as multi user application.

I guess i need to go for SQL.. i'm thinking for Access since that application is not big...just three to four forms..

Please provide your inputs.

I think its possible.....

But as u r trying to do multiuser application PC's need to b in LAN.

Keep the database in one machine

Or if u use SQLServer thn its very good.

Friends!! I'm using Oracle as my DB and VB as Front end.


Kindly help me how am i connect to DB through different Systems??
Wat will be the connection string..??

Why do you want to connect through connection string, this can be acheived by creating DSN in the control panel. DSN provides good support and is very reliable compared to explicit passing of connection string.
