We already know we can search images, videos and links to a web site using web site is there any way or any search engine there to search for flash swf files on net.

Flash (SWF) files are usually integrated into HTML pages and I know of no search engine being able to weed out SWF files. The grand daddy of search engines, Google, can only do PDF, PS, DOC, XLS, PPT and RTF. What you need are tutorial sites on Flash that list SWF files for download.
