can i run these two DDR-I together?

I've a brand new zion 256MB DDR 400 and another 256MB DDR 333 (simmtronics) can i use these both in my mobos two slots.is there any compatiblity problem.

dont think there will be any issues, only that the cards will run at 333mhz effectively.

but anyways thats better than a single RAM.
