Can corsair 450VX handle it?

Guys i am little consfuseed, So can you guys help me out can corsair 450VX handle ATI 4850 & E8400 based pc or not?

Yes it will handle it easily.
This is what i am using in my PC and i use VX450,

C2D E8500
Biostar P35
ATI 4850
Samsung DVD-RW
WD 500Gb + Seagate 160GB + Seagate 320GB

450W does not mean that output will be also same.
CM600 works on almost 70% efficiency and VX450 works at 85% efficiency, fthese are from the data sheet of the PSU.
CM600 = 420W real output and VX450 = 382W real output, on max loads, that is wha nish means

It works flawlessly in my system.

By the way this PSU is underrated. It delivers upto 570W. ;)

also it has that 8pin cpu power connector which the CM Extreme 600 lacks
